Refund Policy

 

Written Materials

For any written materials, DVD's or any other information sent to Client, once delivery of the materials is made, there will be no refund by Strategic Trading.

Downloads

For any software purchase and/or downloaded by Client, there will be no refund after such materials have been downloaded. Client agrees and understands that the downloaded material contains proprietary methodologies and information.

On-line Classes

Upon payment to Strategic Trading for an On-line Class, there will be no refund once course materials have been sent to client. Client agrees and understands that the course materials contain intellectual property and information. If you are unable to attend or wish to cancel your original appointment, you may attend the course at a later date subject to space availability; however, rescheduling after six weeks of the original schedule course date may require an additional charge of $50.00 for rescheduling.

All Clients further agree that any proprietary information, methods, strategies or techniques provided by Strategic Trading to client will only be used by client. Clients are not authorized by Strategic Trading or any of its employees to share this information or materials with others. Clients may not transfer, reproduce, reverse engineer, copy, sell or trade any information or software without prior Written approval of Strategic Trading. Clients understand that if done without permission there will be legal and financial consequences to compensate for this breach of trust, and that Strategic Trading will use any and all legal methods to protect its intellectual property and legal rights.
