Course Description

Just like there are candlestick patterns, there are important price patterns that continually appear on different time frames. These price patterns are pictures or formations appear on price charts of stocks, futures, commodities and forex. These patterns are classified into different categories and usually have some predictive value as to future price action. It's important for new traders to learn to recognize and identify these patterns as they form. Learning to read, interpret and capitalize on these chart patterns adds an important arrow to the trader's quiver.

This course focuses on helping traders recognize, identify and understand some of these key patterns that are used by professional traders. The course examines head and shoulder patterns, triple tops and bottoms, double tops and bottoms, saucers and spikes, triangles, flags, pennants and rectangles.
